Graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Haţieganu” in 1987. He worked as a family doctor in Europe for 8 years, then served as a former physician in New York. Dr. Morariu holds the official license for our adult care home in Portland.

She has extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, CBT, and solution-focused counseling, and is committed to fostering a supportive environment for residents and their families.
